2 kinds of volunteers

  1. Setting up + breakfast - 7 am
  2. Lunch and snack prep and clean up - 12:15 and 2:15 pm

 

Every attendee will help tear down after the event is done. It won’t take very long.

  • Furniture wrangling

          Cameron Mulder, Alex Williams and Chris Pitzer

  • Set up breakfast and miscellaneous items

          Ramona W., Anna W. and Kathleen McDade, with help from Nate Angell

  • Bagel wrangling

          Nate Angell, who will bring the bagels from Kettleman's to Cubespace by 8:30 am, preferably a little bit early.

  • Audio/Visual Setup

          Mike Kaos and Joe Christensen will be setting up the live-streaming equipment.

          Reid Beels will be working to integrate the CyborgCamp website with the live-streaming channels for the off-site viewers and setting up the Backchan.nl views.

 

  • Amber Case and Bram Pitoyo will help out with many things, juggling responsibilities between furniture, breakfast, registration, white boards, projectors, and screens. 

 

Afternoon Lunch Set Up

Meet at the lunchroom (Agora) at 12:15 pm

When?

  • Set up time: 12:15 pm (while Lia Hollander gets to the end of her presentation and answers people's questions, so you won't miss anything)
  • Clean up time: 2:15 pm (There are no major conference sessions during this time, so you won't miss any of the featured speakers).

  


 

Tear Down

Lots of attendees will help clean up and move furniture away, restoring Cubespace pristinely. In the past, billions of volunteers have arrived to this task, making it a fun and enjoyable experience.

 

Then we'll have a great rest of the night!
